The woman who can never be thin enough in her own opinion.

The woman who wants to confront negative self-messages that undermine her self-esteem.
A woman who is tired of trying to conform to the socially prescribed definition of beauty.
WHY LAYERS OF GRACE?
Years of body armor and self-protection that many of us carry in our bodies and psyches cannot be wiped away by programs that are approached with the attitude, "I'll be beautiful, powerful, confident, when..." When we take this approach, we are defeated before we start on a course of self-improvement. Many such programs serve to magnify feelings of self-doubt, as we are focused on weaknesses. Then, we are often critical of ourselves and may even sabotage our own progress.
We embark on such courses, in the first place, because we believe there is something wrong with us. We need fixing.
The Layers Of Grace project is about What is right with you.
Layers Of Grace offers apositive and innovative approach to facing body image and self-esteem issues. It is designed to help participants to reclaim an inner sense of personal power, creativity, and gracefulness, while embracing and letting go of old, self-defeating behaviors and their causes with strength and trust. Through the use of creative movement, therapeutic role-play, and mental imagery, we may find a true sense of who we are underneath the layers of fear, denial, and self-rejection.
Layers Of Grace offers a unique blend of group support and individual empowerment. It is a wholistic program with components that address the body, mind, and Spirit - the total person with joy, creativity, and nurturance.
If you are a woman who feels ready to take a playful adventure into your true self, come walk the path with
