Brown Sugar & Balsamic Glazed Chicken
Ingredients:
4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup water
1 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. ground mustard
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1.Spray crock pot well with nonstick cooking spray.
2.Spread chicken breasts out into bottom of crock pot.
3.Place all ingredients on top of chicken.
4.Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
5.Stirring gently, occasionally to distribute glaze.
6.Serve and Enjoy!
