FAT MELT DOWN JUICE
This juice helps reduce fat from the places we tend to store cellulite — arms and lower body. Plus, the ginger warms and stimulates the blood to circulate while we are slimming down.
2 apples
2 pears
1 slice of fresh ginger
1. Cut apples and pears to fit into the machine. Juice all ingredients alternating with sliced apples, pears and ginger.
2. Serve in a fancy glass.
FAT FLUSH WATER
You should drink at least three 8 oz glasses per day. They say the longer it sits, the better it tastes. You can eat the fruit as well but they are intended as flavoring and still work, so that is a personal choice. The Vitamin C turns fat into fuel, the tangerine increases your sensitivity to insulin, and the cucumber makes you feel full. Try it for 10 days and see what you think!

Water
1 slice grapefruit
1 tangerine
˝ cucumber, sliced
2 peppermint leaves
Ice – as much as you like
Directions:
Wash grapefruit, tangerine, cucumber & peppermint leaves. Slice cucumber, grapefruit & tangerine. Combine all ingredients (fruits, vegetables, 8 oz water, and ice) into a large pitcher.

SLIM DOWN DRINK
1 cup grapefruit or orange or pineapple juice
(The fruit is loaded with vitamin C, which is a fat burner itself.)
2 tsp apple cider vineger
(Has an acetic acid that switch on genes your body needs to pump out fat-burning proteins.)
1 tsp honey
Drink before each meal. It breaks down fat cells faster than anything else.
LEAN GREEN PINEAPPLE JUICE TREAT
This drink shows what happens when a fruit high in vitamins A, B-complex and C mixes with greens high in calcium, magnesium and iron — magic. The greens mellow the taste of the pineapple and make the fruit sugar more easily assimilated.
1/2 pineapple
1/4 cup fresh parsley
3 romaine leaves
1. Cut the skin off the pineapple and into pieces that fit and let feed into the machine. Juice all ingredients, ending with the pineapple.
2. Serve in a fancy glass.
HOMEMADE VITAMIN WATER
Make your own vitamin water. Add fruits instead of sugar for a natural sweetener. Cut the fruit into paper-thin slices or small chunks. Combine ingredients with water. Refrigerate 4-6 hours and serve over ice. So delicious and very refreshing!

1/4 cup watermelon
8 oz water
Directions:
Throw the watermelon into a juicer or blender until it’s liquidized. Add the water and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
